Hugs for all shavees supporting St. Baldrick’s Foundation Event
4th GRADER VINCE TO SHAVE HEAD (again)
FOR ST. BALDRICK’S FOUNDATION
From one extreme to another…My 4th grade grandson Vince, 9, hasn’t had a haircut for a year. His mother Tammy said, it is driving me crazy.
Whatever growth you see accumulated since March 10, 2013—when Vince had his head shaved to raise money for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation research on children’s cancer (information on St. Baldrick’s at end of post).
He will shave his head again to raise money for St. Baldrick’s Foundation. To support him with a 2015 donation click on https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/vinceholland2015
UPDATE: MARCH 17, 2014
Vince Shaved His Head for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation on March 10, 2013:
Picture of Vince’s 2014 shaven head will be posted March 17…

Vince’s Mom sent me the following e-mail:
- Vince has not had a haircut since last year’s St. Baldrick’s event…but that will change on March 16th. Once again, he will be shaving his head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
- Two of his classmates have younger siblings who have had cancer. One is now cancer free, but the other is currently in treatment. So I figured, if he willing to shave his head, I should be willing to let him grow it long!
