CAROLYN’S COMPOSITIONS

NANCY

I wrote the following limerick for my sister, whose birthday is September 15.

My parents named me Nancy

After my mother, Nancy

A French city, Nancy,

A boat too, was Nancy,

  Now isn’t that just fancy.

  1. From my friend Barbee in Oregon (orig. posted under contest rules):

Carolyn, my birthday is Sept 14 so I really enjoyed your sisters picture and the poem. Tell her Happy Birthday from Oregon and a cousin’s wife. So glad we share Louis DeIsle. Barbee

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BARBEE!
