VINCE SHAVED HIS HEAD TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE
ST. BALDRICK’S FOUNDATION
Yesterday my grandson, 8 years old, shaved his head to demonstrate a oneness with pediatric cancer victims and to raise money for pediatric cancer research.
My daughter-in-law Tammy Owings emailed me the following: Vince caught some sort of stomach virus and threw up about 2 hours before the event – but he still wanted to go to it and participate.
That’s commitment!

(Just an additional comment: While Vince shaved his head this weekend, his cousin Jordan received her first flowers from her first boyfriend—she was presented the flowers following a baton-twirling competition in which her school team participated.)
